Each year, during low occupancy periods, we inspect your property to address any safety or guest-related issues to help mitigate wear and tear.

To help keep your home in top shape, we will inspect your home for a list of essential safety and amenity items. This list includes:

  • Batteries changed throughout (locks, sensors, remotes, fans, safety devices)
  • Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors checked and cleaned
  • Drains cleared of debris and treated
  • Refrigerator coils cleaned and water filter replaced
  • A/C filter inspected and cleaned
  • Fire extinguisher(s) inspected
  • Pool systems & landscaping inspected
  • HVAC system check
  • Dryer vent exhaust inspection
  • Water heater inspection
  • Fireplace safety inspection
