What to Expect in the Coming Weeks

Introduction to the Onboarding Team  

Our initial meeting lays the foundation for a successful partnership. You’ll meet the property management team, so you’re connected to the right people for ongoing support. We’ll discuss expectations, establish a budget, and walk through the services outlined in your contract, including our Amenity Assurance Program, which guarantees your property is equipped with luxury amenities guests prefer. 

A quick review of local regulations, permitting, and safety codes will help mitigate risks and ensure your property meets all requirements. Finally, we’ll collect all necessary documentation and set up your financial information to ensure seamless transactions moving forward.

Onboarding Process

During this phase, our engineering team will conduct a comprehensive safety inspection and initial tune-up so everything is in optimal condition for guests. We’ll schedule a deep clean and outfit your vacation rental with home automation hardware, including smart locks, climate control, and other technology to elevate guest experiences. You’ll also gain access to your owner portal, your go-to resource for everything related to your property’s performance and care.

A property walkthrough ensures everything meets our premium Amenity Assurance Program standards and allows us to address any immediate concerns. By creating an inventory list of your property items, from utensils to furniture, we guarantee your property is guest-ready and prepared to exceed expectations from day one. 

Marketing Preparations

Now it’s time to get your property in front of potential guests! We’ll use professional photography and video to showcase your vacation rental’s unique features and create a standout listing. We’ll also highlight your property’s distinctive offerings in marketing campaigns, leveraging everything from social media to Google ads to email marketing. Beyond showcasing your property on the ACME House Company website, we’ll also list on top platforms, like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, as well as exclusive sites, including Marriott Homes & Villas and American Express Travel. We’ll also feature your property in monthly ‘new homes’ emails and on social media with accompanying video footage. Your property may also be selected for additional social media posts and email inclusions throughout the year, providing additional exposure.

Ongoing Support

From the moment your property is live on the platform through each booking and stay, we’re here to help. That includes conducting weekly revenue reviews and making adjustments as needed. You’ll stay informed through monthly emails with market updates, keeping you connected to your property’s performance and regional trends. With access to the owner portal, you can easily monitor bookings, revenue, and maintenance updates. Since our team is always available, we’re happy to answer questions and provide support throughout the entire process!
